At FLÖ, we strive to provide a safe, enjoyable, and relaxing experience for all our guests. By booking with us, you agree to the following policies.

Cancellation Policy

  • Swim & Sauna, Just Sauna, and Wild Swim Sessions: Cancellations made 12 hours or more before your scheduled session will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Cancellations within 12 hours of the session are non-refundable.

  • Spa Sessions (3-hour & 1.5-hour), Treatments, and Events: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled session will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Cancellations within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable.

  • No-shows will not receive a refund or rescheduling option.

Weather Policy

  • FLÖ operates in most weather conditions. Rain and cold weather are a part of the experience and often enhance the benefits of your session.

  • However, for safety reasons, we do not allow swimming or hot tub use during thunderstorms or lightning. If the weather prevents us from offering the lake or hot tubs, we will work with you to reschedule or offer alternative services.

Health and Safety Policy

  • We recommend that you consult with a doctor before using our facilities if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, are pregnant, or are recovering from an injury.

  • If you are feeling unwell, have had sickness or diarrhea within the last 48 hours, or have a skin condition, we ask that you refrain from using the hot tubs or lake to ensure the health and safety of all guests.

Swimming Regulations

  • All new guests must complete the Liability Form before participating in any swimming session. This form helps us gather essential health and safety information.

  • Swimming Competence: All swimmers must be able to swim a competent stroke (either breaststroke or front crawl) for at least 200 meters. This ensures that all guests are comfortable and capable in the water for their safety.

Swim Club Regulations

  • All members must pre-book their visits online. This ensures we can provide the best experience and maintain safe numbers for all guests.

  • Members are entitled to one free 3-hour spa session for two people as a birthday gift. This offer:

    • Is valid for the birthday celebrant and one guest (both must be aged 18 or over).

    • Must be booked and used within 30 days after the celebrant’s birthday.

    • Requires advance booking and is subject to availability.

    • Is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

    • May be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
      By redeeming this offer, you agree to the above terms and conditions.

  • Members must adhere to all safety and facility guidelines when using the lake, sauna, hot tubs, or cold plunge tubs. Swimwear must be worn in all facilities at all times.

  • Members must be able to swim a competent stroke (e.g., breaststroke or front crawl) for 200m.

  • All swimmers are required to use a tow float for visibility and safety in the lake.

  • Members should wear appropriate swimming gear, including wetsuits (in colder months), bright hats, and water shoes as needed.

  • Over 18s only.

  • Members must inform staff of any health concerns or conditions that may affect their participation.

  • Opening hours may vary by season to ensure safety during colder months. Please refer to our website for up-to-date operating hours.

  • FLÖ reserves the right to close the facilities on certain dates for on-site events. Notifications will be provided in advance.

  • By becoming a member and participating in swim club activities, you agree to abide by these regulations. Failure to follow these rules may result in suspension or cancellation of membership.Booking and Payment Policy

  • All bookings must be made in advance through our online booking system.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Phone Use and Privacy

  • We ask all guests to be mindful of others when using phones at FLÖ. Please keep phone use to a minimum in communal areas to maintain a calm and peaceful atmosphere.

  • Photography and Filming: We ask that no photos or videos be taken in the changing rooms for privacy and respect. However, we are happy for you to capture and share photos of your experience in public areas of the venue, as we may feature these images on our social media channels. If you are comfortable with this, please tag us or send your photos directly for a chance to be featured.

  • Our Photography: Please note that we may take photos during your visit for promotional and social media purposes. If you do not wish to be featured in any photos, kindly inform a member of our team upon arrival, and we will ensure your privacy is respected.
