Wild Swim
Just you and the water, day or night.
Our swim sessions give you 45 minutes in our natural clay bottomed lake. It is a refreshing way to start your day, clear your head or unwind as the sun sets.
A small number of tow floats are provided, but please bring your own if you have one so you are ready to enter the water straight away.If you are swimming in the dark, tow floats with lights are required for visibility and safety. A bright swim cap or hat and a small head torch are also recommended for moving around the site after sunset.
Includes use of our changing facilities and showers. Please arrive 10 minutes before your session to check in and be briefed by the team. Warm up afterwards in the café or by the fire pit.
Swim, Sauna and Plunge
Hot, cold and everything in between.
Move between the lake, the wood fired panoramic sauna and the refreshing plunge for a 90 minute elemental experience. During the day it is an energising way to reset, while in the evening the atmosphere shifts as the sky darkens and the lights from the sauna glow across the water.

You told us you wanted longer sessions, so we listened!. Sauna sessions are now 90 minutes, giving you more time to relax, swim, plunge and enjoy the space without rushing. To make this work we now run one fewer session each day, and our pricing has been updated to reflect the longer experience.
Hot tub, Swim, Sauna and Plunge
Your nature-powered reset.
These sessions give you time to swim in the natural clay bottomed lake, unwind in the wood fired panoramic sauna, dip into the refreshing plunge and soak in our hot tubs. A welcome drink is included to complete your elemental escape.
Sessions are available as 90 minutes or 3 hours. All facilities are mixed and you are encouraged to move freely between every area at your own pace.
