A Mini Retreat for Strength, Recovery & Reset
Pilates & Sauna at FLÖ is a thoughtfully designed mini retreat combining mindful movement with deep rest in nature.
In collaboration with Kelly from the be:well Club, this experience brings together a guided Pilates session in the studio, followed by extended time to unwind in the lake, sauna and plunge pools at the FLÖ Spa.
Move with intention. Recover deeply. Leave feeling balanced, restored and grounded.
The Experience
Each session follows a gentle, unhurried flow:
Pilates in the Studio (60 minutes)
Begin with a guided Pilates class led by Kelly. The session focuses on strength, mobility and mindful movement, preparing your body for rest and recovery.
Swim, Sauna & Plunge at FLÖ Spa (90 minutes)
After Pilates, head down to the FLÖ Spa to enjoy unstructured time moving between:

Your Teacher
Kelly Hopkinson is an experienced Pilates teacher and wellness practitioner, and the founder of be:well Club.
Her teaching blends intelligent movement, mindful awareness and real-world experience to create sessions that feel supportive, effective and accessible.
After experiencing burnout during her career as a primary school teacher, Kelly turned to movement and wellbeing practices as a way to restore balance and reconnect with her body. This personal journey shapes her approach grounded, compassionate and focused on long-term wellbeing rather than quick fixes.
Kelly has delivered classes, workshops and retreats for individuals and organisations including Aston Martin Formula One, YMCA and The Parks Trust, and has also spoken on the TEDx stage. Her Pilates sessions are multi-level, welcoming everyone from complete beginners to those with an established practice.
At Pilates & Sauna at FLÖ, Kelly will guide you through a thoughtful, strength-building Pilates class designed to leave you feeling aligned, energised and ready to fully relax into the swim, sauna and plunge experience that follows.
