Guided by wellness expert Kelly Hopkinson, this retreat weaves together mindful yoga, meditation, forest bathing, and a spa immersion by our wild swimming lake.
In just a few hours, you’ll feel lighter, calmer, and more deeply connected to yourself and nature.

Schedule
Welcome Circle — arrive, settle in, and connect with the group
Yoga & Meditation (approx. 45 mins) — guided by Kelly in our Stable Yard Studio beside the on-site café
Woodland Walk & Forest Bathing (approx. 1 hour) — cocooned in hammocks with blankets & rain covers, guided to ground and restore in nature
Nourishing Drink & Snack — pause to refresh and connect with others
Spa Session & Closing Circle (90 mins) — enjoy hot tubs, lakeside sauna, cold plunge, wild swimming, and guided breathwork to support mindful hot–cold transitions
Make it a day: Grab lunch from our on-site café.

Expert guidance — sessions led by Kelly Hopkinson, advanced breath coach, yoga instructor & wellness advocate
Yoga & meditation practice — a grounding movement and breath session.
Forest bathing immersion — woodland walk and guided practice in hammocks with blankets & rain covers provided
Mindful hot–cold therapy — access to hot tubs, lakeside sauna, cold plunge, and wild swimming, with breathwork support
Refreshments — Welcome hot drink, drink during the spa session, a nourishing drink and seasonal snack mid-morning
Spa comforts — access to changing rooms, showers, beanbags & relaxation spaces by the lake
Safety & support — qualified lifeguard and first aider present throughout
Small group experience — limited to 12 participants for a personal, supportive atmosphere

No prior yoga, meditation, or breathwork experience needed — everything is guided and beginner-friendly.

All practices are optional and adaptable — take part at your own pace.

What if I don’t want to go in the cold plunge or lake?
That’s absolutely fine. All activities are optional — you can still enjoy the sauna and hot tubs instead.Is the retreat suitable if I’m nervous about cold water?
Yes. Kelly will guide you with breathwork techniques that help you feel calm and safe. You can dip at your own pace — even just your feet if that feels right.What if it rains?
Our forest bathing hammocks have rain covers, and the studio and spa facilities are warm and sheltered. The retreat runs beautifully in all weather.
Your Teacher
Kelly Hopkinson is a respected breath coach, yoga teacher and wellness advocate, and the founder of BE:WELL CLUB. She is an Advanced Oxygen Advantage Breathing Instructor and brings a unique blend of science, mindfulness, and lived experience to her teaching.
After experiencing burnout during her career as a primary school teacher, Kelly discovered the power of breathwork and movement to restore balance and wellbeing. She now shares these practices to help others manage stress, build resilience, and find joy in everyday life.
Kelly has delivered workshops, retreats, and courses for individuals and organisations including Aston Martin Formula One, YMCA and The Parks Trust, and has also spoken on the TEDx stage. Her approach is practical, warm, and accessible — empowering you with simple tools that make a real difference.
At Breathe by FLÖ, Kelly will guide you through yoga, meditation, forest bathing and breathwork, helping you feel calm, connected, and confident as you explore the rhythm of hot–cold therapy and nature immersion.
