10 SWIM PACK
10 x 30-minute Lake Swim sessions
£48 · £4.80 per swim · Save £12
For the regular dippers.
Normally £6 per swim, you’ll get 10 sessions for £48 instead of £60, bringing each visit down to just £4.80.
Our Lake Swim sessions are 30 minutes, but you don’t need to spend the full 30 minutes in the water. Come for a proper swim, a quick dip, or simply a little time in the lake.
5 SAUNA PACK
5 x 55-minute Sauna + Lake + Cold Plunge sessions
£68 · £13.60 per session · Save £12
A flexible option for anyone who likes to make sauna part of their regular FLÖ visits.
Normally £16 per session, you’ll get 5 sessions for £68 instead of £80, bringing each visit down to £13.60.
Each 55-minute session gives you access to the lake, panoramic wood-fired sauna and cold plunge. Move between hot and cold at your own pace and make the session work for you.

Our best-value Sauna Pack for regular FLÖ visits.
Normally £16 per session, you’ll get 10 sessions for £128 instead of £160, saving £32 and bringing each visit down to just £12.80.
That’s effectively 10 sessions for the price of 8.
Each 55-minute session includes access to the lake, panoramic wood-fired sauna and cold plunge, giving you time to move between hot and cold at your own pace.

Our regular memberships will be coming back.
We’re currently waiting to move over to our new booking system before we relaunch them. In the meantime, our Session Packs are the best way to save on regular visits without committing to a membership.

HOW PACKS WORK
01 — Choose your pack
Purchase the Session Pack that works best for how often you visit.
Once purchased, you’ll receive a unique booking code to use for your sessions.
02 — Book as normal
Choose your session through our regular online booking calendar.
At checkout, enter your booking code in the code field and one visit will be taken from your pack.
Use the same code each time you book until all of your visits have been used.
03 — Need to cancel or reschedule?
Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your session and the visit will be credited back to your pack.
Cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours before your session, or missed sessions, will not be re-credited.
04 — Keep coming back
Book whenever suits you through our regular calendar and use your code at checkout each time.
There’s no weekly commitment and no recurring payment — simply use your visits before your pack expires.
Good to Know
All Session Packs are valid until 30th April 2027.
Sessions must be booked in advance through our regular booking calendar and are always subject to availability. We recommend booking ahead for popular weekend and evening sessions.
Your pack does not guarantee availability for a particular date or time.
Any unused visits remaining after 30th April 2027 will expire and cannot be refunded, credited, transferred or extended.
For all lake swimming, a tow float is mandatory. An illuminated tow float is required when swimming in low light or darkness.
Session Pack Terms
Packs are valid for one person only and cannot be shared or transferred.
Your booking code is for your use only.
Packs are valid for the relevant standard sessions on our regular booking calendar.
The 10 Swim Pack can be used for standard 30-minute Lake Swim sessions.
The 5 Sauna Pack and 10 Sauna Pack can be used for standard 55-minute Sauna + Lake + Cold Plunge sessions.
Packs cannot be used for special events, workshops, retreats, pop-up sessions or private hire.
All sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
Packs are non-refundable once purchased.
Cancellations or reschedules made at least 48 hours before the session will be credited back to your pack.
Sessions cancelled or changed less than 48 hours before the booking, or missed sessions, will still be deducted from your pack.
All unused visits expire after 30th April 2027 and cannot be refunded, credited, transferred or extended.
Session Packs cannot be exchanged for cash or account credit.
FLÖ reserves the right to amend opening hours and session availability during the validity period.
If FLÖ cancels your booked session due to weather, water conditions, maintenance or another operational reason, the visit will be credited back to your pack.
