Summer Opening Update
As FLÖ sits within a beautiful event and festival site, there are a few dates this summer when we will be closed or operating a little differently.
We will be closed for Formula 1 at Silverstone from Wednesday 1st July to Sunday 5th July.
For Stowaway Festival, we will be closed from Monday 20th July to Friday 7th August. We will reopen for Swim & Sauna sessions only on Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th August. Please note, Full Access sessions will not be availableon these dates.
During CarFest at Silverstone, from Friday 28th August to Sunday 30th August, we will remain open to the public as an event weekend. Please be mindful that there may be noise from Silverstone and increased traffic in the area.
We will be closed for We Have Ways Festival from Monday 7th September to Sunday 13th September.
During BTCC at Silverstone, from Friday 25th September to Sunday 27th September, we will remain open to the public. Please be aware there may be track noise and increased local traffic.

Summer Solstice at FLÖ
Join us on Sunday 21st June to celebrate the longest day of the year with special sunrise and sunset sessions by the lake. Enjoy wild swimming, sauna, cold plunge, hot tub access, fire pits and seasonal treats, with swim-only options also available.

Father's Day at FLÖ
Treat Dad to something a little different this Father’s Day with The Ultimate reset at FLÖ. This special session includes 90 minutes of access to our shared lakeside hot tubs, wood-fired sauna, cold plunge pools and natural swimming lake, followed by a hearty Ploughman’s box with a beer or soft drink.
Guests can move at their own pace, and swimming is completely optional. Tow floats can be borrowed from FLÖ if needed. This is a relaxed, outdoor experience designed for dads, grandads, partners and father figures who deserve time to switch off, reset and enjoy good food by the lake.

The Elements Retreat
This is an externally hosted retreat taking place at FLÖ, run independently by Yoga Court. All bookings and enquiries should be made directly with the organiser.
Join Gemma and Julia for a one-day retreat designed to reconnect you with the elements outside and also within your inner essence.
A lovingly curated harmonious blend of embodied yoga practices and powerful sound healing, this full-day retreat offers a deep immersion into the elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Soul, guiding you on a journey of balance, renewal, self-discovery and deep connection.
The day begins with self-connection and embodied yoga movement and breathwork, followed by a nourishing wholesome lunch lakeside, with time to enjoy together and connect to others.

Hear Together Now: Sound & Stillness
Join Chay for a 90-minute immersive sound experience designed to help you slow down, switch off and reconnect.
Blending traditional sound therapy instruments with ambient music and atmospheric soundscapes, Hear Together Now offers a unique listening experience that sits somewhere between a sound bath, a live performance and a guided meditation.
The session begins with a gentle introduction and guided relaxation, allowing you to settle comfortably into the space. From there, you'll be taken on an extended sonic journey, where layers of ambient music, drone flute, singing bowls, drums, chimes and other instruments weave together to create a rich and restorative listening experience.
As the sound unfolds, you'll be invited to simply rest, breathe and listen. The carefully crafted journey is designed to encourage deep relaxation, helping to calm the nervous system, slow the breath and create space away from the demands of everyday life.
Whether you're looking to relax, recharge or simply enjoy a moment of stillness, this is an opportunity to pause and be fully present.
What to Bring
We will provide yoga mats and blankets for your comfort.

About Chay
Chay is the creator of Hear Together Now, an immersive sound experience inspired by a lifelong connection to music, nature and wellbeing. Combining traditional sound instruments with contemporary ambient music and soundscape composition, his sessions create a unique space for rest, reflection and deep listening. His work has featured at events including Wilderness Festival and Stowaway Festival.

This session is not suitable for anyone with a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, or for those who are pregnant.
If you have epilepsy, a serious heart condition, recent surgery or are currently under psychiatric care, please consult your healthcare provider before attending.

Cancellations are accepted up to 14 days before the event for a full refund.
After this point, tickets are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled, but you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another person if you can no longer attend.

Fire & Ice Breathwork
Step into a guided 60-minute sauna, ice bath and breathwork experience designed to help you reset, steady your mind and reconnect with your body.
Led by Kelly from BE WELL CLUB, Fire & Ice Breathwork combines simple, focused breathing techniques with the contrast of sauna heat and cold water immersion. This small-group session is designed to support you through the experience safely and calmly, whether you are completely new to cold exposure or already enjoy the benefits of heat and cold therapy.
Your session will begin at your booked start time. The first 15 minutes allow time to arrive, check in, get changed and settle into the space. You’ll then head down to the FLÖ sauna and ice bath area with Kelly, where she will guide you through the full experience.
Kelly will introduce breathwork techniques to help prepare your body and calm your mind before moving into the sauna and ice bath. You’ll learn how to use your breath as a tool, helping you stay present and steady as you move between warmth and cold.
The sauna offers a chance to soften, warm through and relax before the intensity of the ice bath. Cold water immersion can feel powerful and challenging, but with Kelly’s guidance you’ll be supported to slow your breathing, listen to your body and find calm in the cold.
There is no pressure to stay in the ice bath for a set amount of time. Each person’s experience will be different, and Kelly will guide you safely through the process. You are also welcome to take part in the breathwork and sauna and choose not to enter the ice bath if it doesn’t feel right on the day.
This session is about more than pushing through the cold. It is about learning how to stay calm in intensity, building confidence, supporting your nervous system and creating a moment to pause, reset and feel fully present.
Expect to leave feeling clear, energised, grounded and proud of yourself.

Good to Know
This experience takes place outdoors in the FLÖ sauna and ice bath area. Lake swimming and Hot tubs is not included.
Changing facilities, toilets, showers and valuables lockers are available onsite. Please bring a padlock if you’d like to use a locker.
This session is beginner-friendly and no previous breathwork, sauna or ice bath experience is needed.
Please avoid alcohol before your session and arrive well hydrated. We also recommend avoiding a heavy meal immediately before taking part.

Health & Safety
Ice bath, sauna and breathwork experiences are not suitable for everyone.
Please do not take part if you are pregnant, have a heart condition, uncontrolled high blood pressure, kidney disease, epilepsy, or any medical condition that may be affected by heat, cold water immersion or breathwork.
If you take medication, including blood pressure medication or blood thinners, or if you are unsure whether this session is suitable for you, please seek medical advice before booking.
Cold water immersion can place stress on the body, especially when combined with heat. Kelly will guide you through the experience, but it is important that you listen to your body and take part at your own pace.
Please speak to Kelly before the session begins if you have any relevant medical conditions, injuries or concerns.

Floating Sound bath and Sauna Experience
Step into a one-of-a-kind floating sound bath and spa experience at FLÖ Wellbeing with Wild Floating Ritual.
Set beside our natural swimming lake at Blackpit Farm, this 2-hour outdoor experience brings together sound, water, warmth and stillness. You’ll float on soft beds across the lake as sound frequencies move through the water and air around you, with birdsong, breeze and the gentle movement of the water becoming part of the soundscape.
As you drift, the sound bath will guide you into deep rest, helping to calm the nervous system, soften the body and quiet the mind.
Alongside the floating sound bath, you’ll also enjoy time in FLÖ’s lakeside spa. Move between the warmth of our Nordic-inspired sauna and the freshness of the cold plunge. Herbal teas will be available throughout the session to help you settle, warm up and rehydrate.
This is a 2-hour immersive outdoor experience designed to help you pause, reset and reconnect through nature, sound, heat and cold.

Please note
This is an outdoor lake-based experience. Guests will need to be able to step down onto or near the water, sit onto the floating bed and get comfortable independently. The team will be there to guide and support you.

Front Crawl Open Water Workshop with Fay
Duration:
90 minutes
Join Fay at FLÖ for a supportive front crawl workshop designed to help swimmers feel more confident, calm and efficient in open water.
This session is ideal if you currently swim breaststroke and would like to start building confidence with front crawl, or if you already swim front crawl but would like to improve your technique in the lake.
It’s also a great option if you’re preparing for a triathlon or open water event and would like more support with using front crawl in open water, including breathing, sighting and feeling more settled in the water.
Fay is a Swim Teacher, Open Water Coach and Open Water Lifeguard Trainer, with a calm and confidence-building approach that helps swimmers feel safe, supported and more in control.
The session will focus on front crawl skills in open water, which may include:
Getting your head into the water
Breathing technique
Body position
Stroke technique
Sighting and swimming in a straight line
Pacing and confidence
Feeling calmer and more efficient in open water
Who is it for?
This workshop is for swimmers who are comfortable in the water and would like to develop or improve their front crawl in an open water setting.
It’s suitable for swimmers moving from breaststroke towards front crawl, swimmers wanting to refine their technique, and triathletes looking for more confidence and support with their open water swim.
What to bring:
Please bring swimwear, a towel, goggles and a wetsuit if you’d like to wear one. You may also wish to bring warm layers for after the session.
Things to note:
Spaces are limited to allow for a focused and supportive small-group coaching session.
Participants should be able to swim and feel comfortable being in open water.
This session is coaching-focused and will be adapted to the group where possible.

A calm, creative workshop where you’ll make your own sauna hat from natural wool.
Join us in the Studio at Blackpit Farm for a relaxed, hands-on session with Sadie from Fluff Studios. Using traditional wet felting techniques, you’ll shape your own sauna hat by hand, then add personal details using needle felting.
After our first workshop, we realised these hats deserve a little more time. This session is now 4 hours long, giving you plenty of space to enjoy the making process, add your details properly and leave with a finished piece you feel proud of.
Sauna hats are a beautiful and practical part of sauna culture. They help regulate heat and protect your head and hair, making your sauna experience more comfortable.
No experience is needed. Sadie will guide you step by step, so you can simply arrive, slow down and enjoy making something with your hands.

The Wild Reset is a restorative half-day retreat combining gentle yoga, guided connection, deep rest and time in FLÖ's Forest Spa. Designed to help you slow down, reset and recharge, this experience blends mindful practices with outdoor wellness in a supportive and welcoming environment.
The experience begins with a connection circle, followed by accessible yoga and Yoga Nidra (guided deep relaxation), before moving into 90 minutes of Forest Spa time. Enjoy the warmth of the sauna and hot tubs, spend time outdoors in nature, and, if you choose, experience the invigorating benefits of cold-water immersion in the natural lake or cold plunge.

Intro to Open Water Swimming with Fay
Join Fay at FLÖ for a gentle and confidence-building introduction to open water swimming, designed for beginners or swimmers who would like a little more guidance before joining regular swim sessions.
This session is ideal if you feel nervous about open water, are unsure what to expect, or would like support with entering the lake, managing your breathing and feeling safe and settled in the water.
Fay is a Swim Teacher, Open Water Coach and Open Water Lifeguard Trainer, with a calm and encouraging approach that’s ideal for beginners.
The session will begin with a 45-minute workshop, where Fay will guide you through the key things to know before getting into open water. You’ll then have a 45-minute swim slot, giving you time to put this into practice in the lake with Fay’s support.
The session will cover:
What to expect when swimming in open water
How to enter and exit the water safely
Managing your breathing and staying calm
Understanding your own limits
Basic open water safety
Building confidence in the lake
Time to ask questions before and after your swim
Who is it for?
This session is for swimmers who are new to open water, returning after a break, or looking for a calm and supportive introduction before swimming more regularly.
You do not need to be an experienced open water swimmer, but you should be able to swim and feel comfortable being in water.
What to bring:
Please bring swimwear, a towel and goggles if you’d like to use them. A wetsuit is optional, but you may wish to wear one for warmth and confidence. Warm layers for after the session are also recommended.
Things to note:
Spaces are limited to allow for a supportive small-group experience.
This session is focused on open water confidence, safety and support rather than distance swimming.
Refreshments will be available as part of the session.

You can cancel your space for a refund up to 14 days before your session.
After this point, we’re unable to offer refunds or make changes to your booking.
If you can no longer attend, you’re welcome to pass your space on to someone else.

Delivered by experienced Open Water Lifeguard Trainer Andy Tennet, this accredited 3-day Royal Life Saving Society (RLSS) course provides essential training for anyone looking to supervise open water safely — whether as a lifeguard, volunteer, or venue support.
Participants will gain confidence in and around open water and learn how to:
Recognise when and where it is safe to swim
Identify risks and hazards in open water environments
Supervise swimmers safely and advise them appropriately
Respond effectively to incidents in and around the water
Work alongside venue managers and event organisers
Perform CPR and basic first aid
Use rescue techniques and whistle codes
Complete a timed swim test as part of the assessment
The course includes all learning materials and is independently assessed. It is suitable for those looking to enhance their open water safety knowledge or take the next step towards working in the field.
Cost per participant: £220

Northamptonshire Sport 5K Special: Swim, Sauna & Cold Plunge
We’re excited to be offering runners and spectators the chance to book a special 55-minute Swim, Sauna & Cold Plunge session at FLÖ as part of the Northamptonshire Sport 5K event at Blackpit on Wednesday 17th June.
Whether you’d like to loosen up before the race, cool off afterwards, recover post-run, or simply enjoy some time by the lake while supporting the event, this is a lovely way to make the most of your evening at Blackpit.
Your session includes access to FLÖ’s natural swimming lake, lakeside sauna and cold plunge.
Session times:
4:30pm – 5:30pm

Price: £16 per person
Please bring swimwear, a towel and warm layers for after your session. A tow float is required if you are planning to swim. Please bring your own or borrow one of ours.

Sauna Hat workshop with Fluff Studio
Join us for a relaxed, guided workshop run by Fluff Studios, where you’ll create your own sauna hat using natural wool. Led step by step, you’ll learn simple wet felting techniques in a calm, hands-on session designed to help you slow down and get creative. No experience is needed, just come as you are.
Book the workshop on its own, or upgrade to make a full day of it with a 1 hour 30 minute full access spa session at FLÖ, where you can enjoy your handmade hat in the sauna, lake, hot tubs and plunge pool.
Triathlon Workshop with Fay
Join Fay at FLÖ for a focused 2-hour open water workshop designed for triathletes who want to build confidence, improve technique and feel better prepared for their next event.
This practical session is suitable for a range of experience levels, whether you’re new to open water triathlon swimming or looking to sharpen your race skills. Fay is a Swim Teacher, Open Water Coach and Open Water Lifeguard Trainer, with a calm, confidence-building approach that helps swimmers feel safe, supported and more in control in the water.
You’ll start in the onsite training cabin with around an hour of theory, covering key open water triathlon skills and race-day preparation. You’ll then move down to FLÖ, where you’ll have a 1-hour coached water session with Fay to put the techniques into practice.
The workshop will cover:
Sighting and swimming in a straight line
Buoy turns
Mass starts and in-water starts
Positioning in the pack
Pacing your swim
Drafting
Preparing for the bike transition
Who is it for?
This workshop is for anyone taking part in triathlons or open water swim events who wants to feel more effective, confident and prepared in the water.
What to bring:
Please bring swimwear, a towel, goggles and a wetsuit if you would usually wear one for triathlon or open water swimming. You may also wish to bring warm layers for after the session.
Things to note:
Spaces are limited to a maximum of 8 people to allow for a focused coaching session.
Participants must be able to swim and feel comfortable being in open water.
This session includes approximately 1 hour of theory in the training cabin and 1 hour of practical coaching in the lake.

Mother’s Day Spa & Afternoon Tea at FLÖ includes a 90-minute Hot Tub, Swim, Sauna & Plunge session, a celebratory glass of fizz and a traditional afternoon tea.
Afternoon tea will be served from 11:00am following your spa session and includes a pot of tea, a selection of classic finger sandwiches, sausage roll, and a freshly baked scone with jam and cream.
Bookings are non-refundable but transferable to another person.
