Join us at FLÖ for a lakeside outdoor spa experience designed to help you reset, recharge, and properly enjoy a moment of calm during the race weekend.
Exclusively for guests staying at Silverstone Woodlands.

Choose between our full outdoor spa experience or a shorter Swim Only Session, depending on how you’d like to enjoy FLÖ during race weekend.
Our full spa experience includes a 90 minute session beside the lake, where you can move between heat, cold and rest at your own pace. Facilities include our swimming lake, wood-fired sauna, cold plunge, shared hot tubs, bucket showers and relaxation areas.
The full spa experience lasts approximately 2 hours 30 minutes, including your return shuttle, spa session, and time to shower and change before heading back.
If you’re looking for a shorter visit, our Swim Only Sessions include 45 minutes of lake swimming, with access to changing rooms and showers. Please note, Swim Only Sessions do not include access to the sauna, hot tubs, cold plunge, bucket showers or relaxation areas.

Fancy a Swim Only?
Not looking for the full spa experience? You can still come down to FLÖ for a refreshing dip in the lake and a little time lakeside.
Our Swim Only Sessions are 45 minutes long and include access to the lake, changing rooms and showers. They’re a lovely option if you fancy a quick reset, want to soak up the atmosphere, grab a drink, and enjoy some time by the water.
Please note: Swim Only Sessions do not include access to the sauna, hot tubs, cold plunge or bucket showers.
Getting Here: Please walk to FLÖ via Family Camping and follow the signposted route. You’ll need to show your booking confirmation to security at the gates.

Shuttle Service
A complimentary shuttle runs from the right-hand side of the Big Top in the main Event Arena.
Return transport included
Location shown in your arrival guide and on the app
Please arrive 10 minutes before your session start time. The shuttle leaves promptly and there is only one per session, so late arrivals will miss their booking.
Walking Option
From Family Camping, follow the signposted route to FLÖ and show your booking confirmation to security at the gates. If walking, your Spa Session starts 15 minutes after your booked slot.

Our hot tubs are part of the shared experience.
Each tub is shared with up to 6 people
If you’d like a exclusive tub just for your group:
You must book all 6 spaces in the same session

Exclusive use is only possible if all 6 spaces are booked.

What happens if I miss the shuttle?
There is only one per session, so you will miss your booking.
BOOKing Policy
You can cancel for a full refund up to 72 hours before your session.
You can move your booking up to 72 hours before your session, subject to availability.
Within 72 hours, bookings are non-refundable.
