Join us at FLÖ for a lakeside outdoor spa experience designed to help you reset, recharge, and properly enjoy a moment of calm during the race weekend.
Exclusively for guests staying at Silverstone Woodlands.
Step away from the choas and into nature for a couple of hours.
Your experience includes a 90 minute spa session located beside our lake, where you can move between heat, cold and rest at your own pace. Our facilities include swimming lake, wood-fired sauna, cold plunge, shared hot tubs, bucket showers and relaxation areas.
The full experience lasts approximately 2 hours 30 minutes, including your return shuttle, spa session, and time to shower and change before heading back.

What’s Included
Return shuttle transfer

You can also choose a bundle pass, which includes 3 sessions to use across the weekend (subject to availability).

Shuttle Service
A complimentary shuttle runs from the right-hand side of the Big Top in the main Event Arena.
Return transport included
Location shown in your arrival guide and on the app
Please arrive 10 minutes before your session start time. The shuttle leaves promptly and there is only one per session, so late arrivals will miss their booking.
Walking Option
From Family Camping, follow the signposted route to FLÖ and show your booking confirmation to security at the gates. If walking, your Spa Session starts 15 minutes after your booked slot.

Our hot tubs are part of the shared experience.
Each tub is shared with up to 6 people
If you’d like a exclusive tub just for your group:
You must book all 6 spaces in the same session

Exclusive use is only possible if all 6 spaces are booked.

Any unused sessions are non-refundable

How long is the experience?

Are hot tubs private?
No, they are shared (up to 6 people). To have one privately, you must book all 6 spaces.
Do I need to book bundle sessions straight away?
Yes, sessions are subject to availability so book immediately after purchase.
Where is the shuttle?
To the right of the Big Top in the main Event Arena (also on the App and in the guide).
What happens if I miss the shuttle?
There is only one per session, so you will miss your booking.
BOOKing Policy
You can cancel for a full refund up to 72 hours before your session.
You can move your booking up to 72 hours before your session, subject to availability.
Within 72 hours, bookings are non-refundable.
