Tucked beneath the woodland canopy near the Listen Here Stage, our outdoor spa is designed to help you reset, recharge, and fully enjoy the weekend.
Leave the crowds behind and sink into heat, cold and stillness.
Soak, sweat and switch off.
Step away from the chaos and into nature for a couple of hours.
Your experience includes a 90-minute outdoor spa session set within the woodland, where you can move between heat, cold and rest at your own pace. Our facilities include a wood-fired sauna, cold plunge, shared hot tubs and relaxation areas under the tree canopy.
The full experience lasts approximately 2 hours, including your spa session and time to change and shower before heading back into the festival.

The spa is located within the woodland near the Listen Here Stage.
Follow festival signage and make your way through the trees to the FLÖ entrance.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your session start time to allow for check-in.

Each tub is shared with up to 8 people
