Tucked beneath the woodland canopy near the Listen Here Stage, our outdoor spa is designed to help you reset, recharge, and fully enjoy the weekend.

Step away from the chaos and into nature for a couple of hours.

Your experience includes a 90-minute outdoor spa session set within the woodland, where you can move between heat, cold and rest at your own pace. Our facilities include a wood-fired sauna, plunge, shared hot tubs and relaxation areas under the tree canopy.

The full experience lasts approximately 2 hours, including your spa session and time to change and shower before heading back into the festival.

    Follow festival signage and make your way through the trees to the FLÖ entrance.

    Please arrive at your session start time for check-in.

    We won’t have lockers available, so please only bring the essentials. All belongings are left at your own risk.

    If you forget anything:

    • Robes and towels are available to hire for £5 each

    • Limited flip flops and swimwear may be available to purchase

  • Our hot tubs are part of the shared experience.

    • Each tub is shared with up to 8 people

    • No spectators allowed in the spa area

    • Age: 18+ only

    • No external drinks permitted

    • Please enjoy drinks purchased on-site responsibly

A perfect reset for festival life. These guided sessions are designed to help you feel awake, energised and ready to head back into the weekend.

Led by our resident breathing and wellbeing coach Kelly from BE:WELL CLUB:, you’ll be in safe hands whether you’re brand new to cold water or have tried an ice bath before.

You’ll learn simple breathing and movement exercises to prepare your body for the cold, as well as how to breathe during and after the experience. The best part? You’ll do it alongside a small group, helping you feel supported, brave and proud before heading back into the festival.

Want to make your Stowaway spa experience even more restorative? Alongside our woodland spa sessions, we’ll also be offering massage, facials and guided ice bath sessions throughout the weekend.

Massage & Facials

Madewell Massage are returning to Stowaway to offer some much-needed R&R after long days dancing.

Soothe aching muscles or enjoy a rehydrating facial treatment in the tranquillity of the spa area. All treatments use products from Neal’s Yard Remedies, so you can fully switch off and leave feeling refreshed.

FAQs

How long is the experience?
2 hours in total, including a 90-minute spa session plus time to change and shower.

How do I get there?
The spa is a short walk from the main festival areas. Follow signage to the FLÖ Wellbeing Area near the Listen Here Stage and arrive 10 minutes before your session.

Where are you located?
In the woodland near the Listen Here Stage within the festival site.

What do I need to bring?
Swimwear and a towel are essential. Flip flops are recommended. You may wish to bring two towels (one for sauna, one for drying).

Do you have lockers?
No, lockers are not available. Please bring only essentials, as all belongings are left at your own risk.

Can I hire towels or robes?
Yes, robes and towels are available to hire for £5 each.

Are hot tubs private?
No, all hot tubs are shared (up to 8 people). There is no option for exclusive hire.

Can I buy drinks?
Yes, drinks and light snacks are available on-site. You can also pre-order a bottle of Prosecco or a bucket of beers by leaving a note on your booking.

What should I wear?
Swimwear is required. Sessions take place outdoors, so dress for the weather before and after your session.

Is there an age restriction?
Yes, the spa is strictly 18+.

Can I bring children or spectators to watch?
No, the spa area is for booked guests only and is not suitable for spectators.

Can I change my session time?
Yes, you can reschedule your booking up to 72 hours before your session, subject to availability. Within 72 hours, bookings cannot be changed.

What if I’m late?
Late arrivals may miss part of their session as we run to a set schedule and won’t be able to extend your session.

  • You can move your booking up to 72 hours before your session, subject to availability.

  • Within 72 hours, bookings are non-refundable.
