FLÖ Is Turning One
Come and celebrate with us
This year marks one whole year of FLÖ, and we’d love to celebrate it with you.
To say thank you to everyone who’s swum, sweated, plunged and FLÖwed with us so far, we’re opening our doors for a day of free birthday sessions at the lake.
Come and spend the day by the water, dip in and out as you please, and help us celebrate our first trip around the sun.
The Details
Free Birthday Spa Sessions
We’ll be running free 90-minute Hot Tub, Swim, Sauna & Cold Plunge sessions throughout the day.
Each session includes:
Hot tubs
Wild swimming in the lake
Wood-fired sauna
Cold plunge pools
Sessions run in 1.5 hour time slots and will need to be booked in advance as spaces are limited.
Free Swimming
We’ll also have free drop-in swimming available throughout the day.
Whether you fancy a quick dip, want to come and soak up the atmosphere, or just want to say hi — you’re very welcome.
