The session begins before sunrise, offering you the rare chance to witness the solstice dawn from the water’s edge. With sunrise expected around 3:45 AM, you’ll be fully immersed in the light as it rises—wrapped in steam, sky, and calm.
Move intuitively between wild swimming, cold plunges, and sauna heat at your own pace. Whether you're seeking calm, clarity, or just something beautifully different, this is your invitation to pause, breathe, and honour the light.
After your session, enjoy nourishing seasonal refreshments in our outdoor seating area, with time to relax, reflect, and soak in the magic of midsummer morning.
