Embodied Sovereign Soul is a deeply nourishing full-day retreat exploring the Tantric route to sovereignty of body and mind. Led by Goldie Sun and Sukh Singh, the day begins with a heart-opening cacao ceremony and unfolds through meditation, guided Tantric breathwork (Breath Joy), and conscious exploration.

Alongside the sessions, you’ll have access to FLÖ’s Forest Spa, including sauna, hot tubs, wild swimming and contrast therapy, supporting both inner awareness and physical reset.

This is an opportunity to slow down, recalibrate, and reconnect with a more grounded, integrated way of being.
