The Ultimate reset
Treat Dad to a 90-minute lakeside hot-cold session at FLÖ, followed by a hearty Ploughman’s box and beer or a soft drink.
This Father’s Day experience is designed for dads, grandads, partners and father figures who deserve time outdoors, good food and a proper reset. Guests can move at their own pace between the hot tubs, wood-fired sauna, cold plunge pools and natural swimming lake.
Swimming is optional, so the session can be enjoyed in whatever way feels right.

Session Times
Father’s Day Hot & Cold Reset sessions are available at the following times:
10:15am to 11:45am
10:30am to 12:00pm
12:15pm to 1:45pm
12:30pm to 2:00pm
2:15pm to 3:45pm
2:30pm to 4:00pm
Please arrive 10 minutes before your session start time to check in and get changed.
about the Experience
The Hot & Cold Session
During your 90-minute session, you can move freely between:
• Shared lakeside hot tubs
• Wood-fired sauna
• Cold plunge pools
• Natural swimming lake
There is no set order and no pressure to use every facility. Warm up, cool down, rest, repeat, or simply take it slow and enjoy the space.
Ploughman’s Lunch
For the 10:15am, 10:30am, 12:15pm and 12:30pm sessions, Ploughman’s boxes and beer or a soft drink are collected from the café after your session.
For the 2:15pm and 2:30pm sessions, Ploughman’s boxes and beer or a soft drinks can be collected from the café before your session, or from FLÖ reception afterwards.
You’re welcome to enjoy your Ploughman’s box in the café courtyard or outside.
Booking as a Gift
This makes a great Father’s Day gift for someone to enjoy on their own, or as something you can book and enjoy together.
Each person attending will need their own ticket. If booking as a surprise, please make sure the guest knows the booking name, session time, arrival time and what to bring.

Yes. You can book on someone else’s behalf. Please make sure they know the booking name, session time, arrival time and what to bring.
Do I need to attend with him?
No. You can book for someone to attend on their own, or you can book extra places and enjoy the experience together. Each guest needs their own ticket.
Does he have to swim?
No. Swimming in the lake is optional. Guests can enjoy the hot tubs, sauna and cold plunge pools without swimming.
Is a tow float required?
Tow floats are required for anyone swimming in the lake. If you do not have your own, you can borrow one from FLÖ.
When do we collect the Ploughman’s box and drink?
For the 10:15am, 10:30am, 12:15pm and 12:30pm sessions, Ploughman’s boxes and drinks are collected from the café after your session.
For the 2:15pm and 2:30pm sessions, Ploughman’s boxes and drinks can be collected from the café before your session, or from FLÖ reception afterwards.
Is a drink included?
Yes. Each guest receives a beer or soft drink with their Ploughman’s box.
Can you cater for dietary requirements?
Please let us know any dietary requirements at the time of booking. As food is ordered in advance, no dietary changes can be made within 5 days of the event.
Are the hot tubs private?
No. Hot tubs are shared, with a maximum of 6 guests per hot tub.
What should guests bring?
Please bring swimwear, a towel, warm layers, a warm hat, easy slip-on footwear and a water bottle. Bring a tow float if you have one, or you can borrow one from FLÖ.
What happens if the weather is bad?
This is an outdoor lakeside experience and will go ahead in most weather conditions. Please dress for the weather and bring warm layers for after your session.
Can bookings be refunded?
Bookings are refundable up to 5 days before the event. After this point, food will have been ordered and no refunds, changes or cancellations can be made.
