Guided by wellness expert Kelly Hopkinson, the morning flows from yoga & meditation in our studio to a woodland walk and forest bathing in hammocks. Enjoy a nourishing drink & snack before a 90min spa session with hot tubs, sauna, cold plunge & wild swimming.
